1. Who we are

Helica Labs is a chemical supplier operating within the EU. We sell peptides and related reference materials for laboratory research. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Research use only

Everything we sell is intended for laboratory research use only. Our products are not medicines, foods, supplements, or cosmetics, and they must not be used in or on humans or animals.

By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and that you are qualified to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.

3. Orders and payment

An agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout, and available payment methods are shown before you pay.

If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because a batch fails quality control or an item is out of stock — we will tell you promptly and refund any amount you have paid for it.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship from within the EU. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. If a shipment is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us and we will put it right.

5. Returns and cancellations

Because our products are temperature- and handling-sensitive research materials, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled free of charge.

6. Your responsibility and our liability

You are responsible for storing, handling, and using the products safely and in accordance with the laws that apply to you and your institution.

Our products are supplied as research materials without any warranty of fitness for a particular application. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version number above tells you which version you are reading. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Mandatory EU consumer rules apply where relevant.
